We operate warehouse facilities across our US locations, with capacity for short and long-term storage, seasonal inventory builds, and ongoing replenishment programs. Inventory is tracked in real time through the NaviaHub, so you always have an accurate picture of stock levels, inbound receipts, and outbound movements without logging into a separate system..
3PL Services USA
Navia is a 3PL provider with warehousing and fulfillment operations across the US, backed by in-house international freight forwarding on the same platform. If your business imports inventory from overseas and needs it picked, packed, and dispatched to your customers, we handle both sides of that chain, not just one of them.
✔ 99.99% same-day dispatch
✔ 99.95% pick accuracy.
✔ 50+ KPI reports
✔ Full inventory visibility - live, not on request.
The Gap Most 3PLs Leave Open
Most fulfillment companies in the US are built to handle what happens after your inventory arrives in the country. They warehouse it, pick it, pack it, and ship it. What happens before that, getting goods from your supplier in China, Vietnam, or Malaysia onto a vessel, through customs, and into their facility, is your problem to manage separately.
Navia handles both. We move freight by sea, air, and road from origin to the US, clear it through customs in-house, and then manage warehousing, fulfillment, and returns from our US locations. One team, one platform, one point of contact for the full supply chain.

Pick & Pack Fulfillment
We pick and pack orders to a 99.95% accuracy rate, tracked continuously and reported through the NaviaHub. Same-day dispatch runs at 99%, meaning orders received before your agreed cut-off time leave the same day, every day. For ecommerce businesses where fulfillment speed directly affects customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates, those numbers matter.
Ecommerce Platform Integrations
We integrate natively with Shopify, Amazon (DTC and FBA), eBay, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and Squarespace. Orders flow in automatically from every connected channel, inventory updates push back in real time, and everything is visible in a single dashboard inside the NaviaHub. ERP and WMS platforms connect via API. If you use a platform not listed here, contact our team, our integration capability extends beyond this list.
Returns Management
Returns are handled at our US facilities, with a process that covers inspection, restocking, and reporting. If a returned item is sellable, it goes back into available inventory. If it isn't, we flag it and report it so your team can make the right call on disposal or return to supplier.
Inbound Freight From Origin
This is where Navia is different to most 3PL providers. We manage the inbound leg directly, booking ocean or air freight from your supplier, handling customs clearance in-house at the US port of entry, and coordinating the final move into our warehouse facility. You don't need a separate freight forwarder managing the international side. We do it, and it's all visible in the same platform as your fulfillment operations.
The NaviaHub - One View Across Your Entire Supply Chain
Most 3PL providers give you a fulfillment dashboard. The NaviaHub gives you visibility from the moment your goods leave the factory floor to the moment an order arrives at your customer's door. Inbound shipment tracking, customs status, warehouse inventory, order fulfillment, SLA performance, and KPI reporting are all in one place.
It connects directly to your ERP or WMS, and every Navia customer gets it as standard, whether you're dispatching 50 orders a day or 5,000.
3PL Solutions That Work With the Systems You Already Use
Switching 3PL providers shouldn't mean rebuilding your tech stack. Navia integrates with the platforms your business already runs on: eCommerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Squarespace, BigCommerce Marketplaces: Amazon (including FBA replenishment), eBay ERP systems: Integration via API to major ERP and WMS platforms Carrier networks: Multi-carrier shipping with automated label generation and tracking If you use a platform not listed here, speak to our team. Our integration capability extends beyond the list above and our technical team can assess compatibility before you commit.
Who We Work With
Navia's US 3PL service is built for businesses that import goods from overseas and sell them in the US market. That includes ecommerce brands selling direct to consumer across platforms like Shopify and Amazon, wholesale businesses distributing to retail partners, and importers who need warehousing and distribution as part of a broader supply chain rather than a standalone fulfillment service.
We work with businesses across a range of volumes. There's no minimum order requirement to get started, and the same platform and level of account management applies regardless of how much you're moving.

What's the difference between a 3PL and a fulfillment center?
A fulfillment center is a type of warehouse that processes and ships orders. A 3PL, or third-party logistics provider, is a broader term for a company that manages logistics operations on your behalf, which can include warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, customs brokerage, and more. Navia is a full-service 3PL, meaning we handle the supply chain beyond just the warehouse, including inbound international freight.
Do you only work with ecommerce businesses?
No. We work with ecommerce businesses, wholesale importers, and companies that need warehousing and distribution as part of a broader supply chain. If you're importing goods from overseas and need them stored and distributed within the US, we can support that regardless of your sales channel.
Can you handle our inbound sea freight and then fulfill orders from the same inventory?
Yes, and this is where we're genuinely different from most 3PLs. We manage the inbound freight from your overseas supplier, clear customs in-house, and receive the inventory directly into our warehouse. You deal with one team across the whole chain, and track everything in the NaviaHub.
How do I get started?
Contact our US team and tell us about your current setup, where you're sourcing from, what you're selling, and where your customers are. We'll come back with a proposal that covers both the inbound freight and fulfillment side, and we'll review your current supply chain for any improvements before we move anything.
