Ocean freight is the most cost-effective way to move high volumes across long trade lanes. We manage full container loads (FCL) and less than container loads (LCL) across all major corridors into and out of the US, including the transpacific lanes from China, Vietnam and Southeast Asia into the West Coast.
With NaviaHub you'll know what's moving, what's at risk, and what we're doing about it before a delay has a chance to become your problem.

Freight Forwarding Across Every Major US Trade Lane
The US is the world's largest import market. If your business sources from China, Vietnam India, or anywhere across Southeast Asia, you need a freight forwarder with the network, the technology, and the people to keep it moving.
We handle the full freight cycle from origin pickup through to customs clearance and final-mile delivery into your warehouse.
One partner handling your shipment across the entire supply chain.
We also work the other direction. If you're shipping goods to Australia, South America, or Europe, the same team and the same platform cover the outbound side too.
Sea Freight
Air Freight
For time-critical shipments, high-value cargo, or supply chain emergencies, we move freight by air across all major US gateways including LAX, O'Hare, Hartsfield-Jackson, and Houston. We work with all major carriers and can consolidate smaller shipments to keep costs down without compromising on speed.
Air Freight ForwarderRoad Freight
Once your cargo clears customs, we manage onward distribution by road to any US address. Whether that's a single delivery into your warehouse or ongoing replenishment runs across multiple distribution centers, we coordinate the full domestic leg so you're not juggling a separate carrier relationship on top of everything else.
US Customs Clearance
Customs is where freight can get held, and where errors get expensive. Our in-house customs team handles classification, documentation, and clearance for all modes, sea, air, and road. We stay current on duty rates, tariff code changes, and shifting trade policy so your shipments don't get stuck at the border.
With the current tariff environment making compliance more complex than it's been in years, having a forwarder who handles customs in-house rather than through a third party makes a real difference to how quickly your cargo moves.
Supply Chain Consulting - Built In
Before we move a single shipment, we review your current freight setup. That means looking at your trade lanes, your container utilization, your lead times, and where the gaps are. Most freight forwarders don't go to that level of detail for their customers, because it takes real time, expertise and care to do it properly.
We do it as standard. If there's a better service, more efficient mode split, or a consolidation opportunity, we'll find it.
The NaviaHub - Included for Every Customer
Most freight platforms give you a tracking number and a status. The NaviaHub gives you something more useful: a live view of your entire supply chain, with exception alerts that flag at-risk shipments before they go late, KPI reporting against your SLAs, and SKU-level visibility across every active shipment. It's included for every Navia customer, regardless of your shipping volume.

What's the difference between a freight forwarder and a customs broker?
A freight forwarder organizes the movement of your cargo, booking carriers, managing documentation, and coordinating pickup and delivery. A customs broker handles the regulatory side, classification, duty calculation, and clearance with CBP. Navia handles both in-house, which means less coordination on your end and fewer points of failure.
How long does sea freight from China to the US take?
Transit times on the transpacific lane vary by origin port and US gateway. Shanghai to Los Angeles typically runs 14-19 days on the water, and Shenzhen to the East Coast via the Panama Canal runs 39-45 days. Express air freight on the same lane runs 4-8 days door to door. We'll give you accurate current transit times based on actual carrier schedules when you get a quote.
Do you work with small and mid-sized importers, or only large accounts?
Both. We work with businesses across the volume range, and every customer regardless of size gets full access to the NaviaHub and the same level of account management. There's no minimum volume requirement to get started.
How do I get a quote?
Contact our US team directly. We'll ask about your trade lanes, volumes, and current freight setup, and come back with a rate and, if there's a better way to structure your supply chain, we'll tell you that too.
